Shipping

We deliver to the cities and towns of Massachusetts and surrounding states located within a 30 mile radius of Boston. At this time, we are unable to deliver to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. In order to ensure appropriate shipping fees, please choose your shipping location from the drop-down list of destinations in the check-out form under "Shipping Method". The correct rate will then be applied to your total. All delivery charges are tax-free. 

Estimated delivery time

For same-day delivery, please order online before 2pm or call us for assistance. For in-person pickup, please order over the phone.

Our fleet of vans delivers arrangements around the Greater Boston area every day. After an order is placed, the average delivery time estimate is between 1-12 hours depending on time of day the order was placed, distance from our shops, holiday rush season, and customer preference. 

If you cannot find the name of your delivery destination on the drop-down list, please choose the listed town of closest proximity.

Delivery costs

Delivery starts at $33 for local delivery in Marblehead and Boston. Delivery costs increase based on distance from our stores.

In the event that the incorrect shipping rate is applied, Flores Mantilla will contact you by phone to amend the charge. In some cases you may need to supply your credit card information. If we are unable to contact you, it may affect the on-time delivery of your purchase.
