2022 Holloran Vineyards Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (Oregon) $30
Barrel-aged in French oak for 18 months. Unfined and unfiltered to preserve individual character and flavor.

2022 Paysan Cabernet Sauvignon (California) $32
95% Cabernet and 5% Petite Verdot from three different vineyards. The grapes are fermented whole berry and aged for 11 months in neutral barrels.

2024 Bedrock Sauvignon Blanc (California) $32
Melon, mango and citrus elements combined with good acid/fruit balance.

2024 Peay Vineyard ‘Cep’ Sauvignon Blanc (California) $32

2023 Domaine Manciat-Poncet Pouilley-Fuisse (France) $38
100% Chardonnay. 100% barrel fermentation in 50% new oak. Classic, buttery mouthfeel that we associated with great white burgundy. Notes include toasted oak and classic tropical fruit with mineral aromas.

2024 Gerard Bouley Sancerre Rose (France) $38
This rosé is made by direct press. Made from 35-40 year old Pinot Noir vines on the steep hillsides in front of the Boulay home in Chavignol.
